6 weeks into flower and this happens...

After a couple of posts seeking help for the deficiency problems my plants was encountering in week 6, I think it got to the point of becoming a hermie.
I think those are the infamous "bananas" and they appear on the nicest and tallest 3 colas of the plants :( I'm sure they are gonna show up everywhere in a few days time.

So, where to go from here? First time dealing with this.
I have another plant in week 6 of flower in the same room which probably has at least 3 more weeks to go.
Should I keep the plant? Is it gonna be a worthwhile smoke after all or should I just scrap it?

And if I do keep it, do I keep them both in the same room? Should I keep flowering it at alternating time with the other one?

PS: 2 more questions
What could happen to the other plant if it gets pollenated with 4 weeks of its life cycle left?
And could vegging plants be affected by this as both rooms are close?

Any input is appreciated, I'm kinda gutted to have months worth of effort end with this.

That 2nd pic looks like bleached out nanners but very odd as they are usually yellow. Some nanners aren't giving of any pollen and it's often not viable. Very common in late flowering and unless there are lots they won't really hurt anything unless they are dumping lots of pollen and there are other plants in an earlier stage of flower that will grow seeds to maturity.

I'd just keep an eye out for fresh ones and pluck them out before they can drop pollen and your crop will be fine.

The plant had major deficiencies of P, Mg and probably more. The temps in the room are 25-26 during daytime and 19-20 during night, 50 cm away from 600W hps. I'm also not sure about the nanners but as I was comparing to some pics on google they seemed spot on, they are yellowish.

Also the plants barely has any foliage left on it as most of the leaves yellowed out and fell. Now the leaves on the buds have crunchy spots.
Around 60% of the pistils are still white I'd say, so I'm guessing its a long road until the usual harvest time.

Also, the buds with the visible nanners seem to have visibly less trichomes (dont know if that should have anything to do with it at all).

I'd double that light height for now.
