actual infield study:

legalized pot is worthless.

once it's legal, or even medical the money is gone. those who can grow will and it will be more than any of us will ever need. we all now how fun pot is to grow. imagine what you would do if you were allowed to do it with no worries. you would have enough for you AND all your friends. then what? i have so much i give it away. there is NO money in legalized marijuana.

i have some of the best outdoor in northern cali, so i've been told. but so does everyone else. i will be going to the club everyday now to try to dump a couple of these. the haven't talked to any vendors in over a week. hopefully by tomorrow they will. the clubs are selling grow supplies now. it looks like the are trying to supplement the income because med sales have been down. everyone grows their own now.

i got soooooooooooooooooooooo much pot. to go back 20 years ago with it, ...................... :hump::hump::weed:

I think it's all of the outdoor pot that has the market flooded at the moment. Sorry to hear yours isn't movin', I bet it's way better than what they've got.

A half ounce of weed for the price of a pack of cigarettes sounds like heaven to me.

Nothing personal, but I'd rather have cheap, legal weed with no worry of repercussions for having it than making sure all the people who make money growing have a job. Youre obviously a smart, educated person. Im sure you could find something better.

But in the mean time... Im extremely jealous of your profession. :D

If by some fluke it was legalized, the people with the genetics would make a killing. Hydro stores to. There would be cannabis classes in the agriculture schools. Farmers would grow it, not individuals. The tax would be insane to. The government would try to make it to where poor people couldn't afford it. There would be your window to continue like you are, but instead of getting drug charges you would be going away like al capone.

i dont think you have any worries... marijuana will never be legal in america... my opinion at least... there is just way too much money now in it being an illegal drug.... where yall are at in cali, i see being the closest our country will get to being legal

Nice legal herb its all about finding the right market I guess. For example coffee shops. You would have to market properly like any legal business to turn a profit. The black market is much more lucrative . . .

I'm for decriminalization because I don't want to be caught with bud and fined or arrested; however, upon legalization my finances and income would substantially flop.

i think simple possession should be decriminalized sometime relatively soon, however i don't think it'll ever be legal...it would be to hard for the gov to regulate it and they'd be losing money so they won't do it....so the money and the fun of growing will still be there:blsmoke:

i wonder what types of "new" jobs would open up. i worked around the wine industry for several years and we are very much like them. i can only imagine some of the new farming equipment they'd invent. :)

I was thinking some sort of curing tricks would develop, cannabis stored mixed with various woods and spices to add flavor and texture to the smoke, just like tobacco cigars.
