Only strain that really hit the “ gas “ ( no pun ) was Russian Rocket Fuel… really greasy fuel like . It hit you over head but literally left taste in mouth.

Maybe need to look for it again - last place i got it from was TSSC ( early website ) not that BS one that took over.

There needs to be more work done, in breeding, on improving terpenes. Good terpenes should smell strong af and be very durable in that the smell doesn't easily wear off. Ever had bud where if you leave it out it quickly loses all the smell? but other bud you leave it out, crack it open, and it still smells strong af.

Funny enough I just grew out Mephistos Hubbabubbahaze which has a very distinct burnt rubber smell mixed with spice, sage and lemon,

I got some burnt rubber in MAC n Jack. GMO can make burnt rubber. It doesn't have to be a terpene making the smell. Could be a thiol a phenol or something else. Likely to be a phenol.

I'd like to know as well. Have an AK420 here that smells like a mix of burnt rubber, peroxide bleach and farts with a residual lingering of pine.

As for the fruits I like the mango smells.

Sour Tangie was by miles the best Mango/tropical fruit pheno I have ever done but never done a burnt rubber lol

Chem 91 has rubber smells, but it's more of a fresh tire store rubber, than burning rubber.

Google brought me here! I just purchased some burnt rubber smelling buds sold as OG.. Obviously BM so no way of verifying but that burnt rubber smell is there and strong!!

This dispensary bud called "Burnt Rubber" smelled more like a brand new bicycle tire. Fucking amazing. This is what put me on the "burnt rubber terps" hunt. Still can't find out exactly what it is, some house strain i guess

Had a pack of royal queen seeds royal gorilla, only one seed popped and it smelled like dragstrip burnouts. Did not clone it because it was super short and leafy but never had anything smell like that since.

I got some Russian Rocket Fuel from an UK website called Seed City, but that was before Brexit so it was easier to order in EU.

Ime Rubber phenos can be found in og stardawg afghani strains some phenos of skunk tbh i do think it comes mostly from the afghan side of things i aint saying it isnt in other genepools just its more common id say with afghani type stuff

Yup I've got a NL1 plant right now (not yet sexed) that smells just like burnt rubber. Short, stout, very leafy/bushy compared to the other plants.

Skunk has it and skunk hybrids sometimes as can og and its hybrids tbh the source of rubber type terps comes from afghani sources however ime cos many like mazari can throw those phenos imo so in those strains id bet its the recessive afghani genes that are responsible id say i aint sure which terp if its even a terp at all thats responsible
