Celery in the stuffing. We usually have a tuna salad to go with it but I had enough to do just getting the rest ready. I still have a can of cranberries in the cabinet, didn't think about that. Son is making some pumpkin pies soon.

I always order my gravy as a beverage. @raratt you can plate my food anytime!

We use the water from boiling the neck and gizzards to make the gravy after breaking apart the neck and getting the meat off of it.

I was just thinking, I wonder how that turkey turned out and this popped up...Looks delicious...I love gravy too!! A little cranberry and a few green olives and I'd be in Heaven.

Stuffing looks nice & moist too...I score it a 10 !!

Made some more tofu and used some in some salad rolls the other night but I still had a decent sized piece last night and what better to make with it than Dubu jorim "Korean spicy braised tofu."

I just found a box of mix out in the freezer...lol. Forgot it was out there. I have a bag of frozen shrimp, just need a bag of oriental vegetables. Some chili garlic sauce would work for dipping.
