Looks like thrips to me...if we just have pictures to go off of...and @Paganboy can very easily check his plants to make sure it isn't debris on the leaves

If you didn't want to spray anything...and if it isn't a full blown infestation (probably not) I believe you could possibly use some sticky traps but I have no experience with them...and I'm not to goin to act like I do..
Just a suggestion
