With that pic I see literally fuck all accept little white dots.

In order to identify properly a decent picture is needed.

I will try but for now they are munching on a old leaf that was left in there there opac white and glossy and have a orange like head

Could just be a natural soil mite that’s churning the detritus for you into another form of nutrients ready for micro herd to convert.

soil biology is vast and required for making soil recipes etc.

Have you checked out the following to see if anything matches?

Oribitad mites
Mould mites
Hypoaspis miles

Also try searching “worm bin mites” and see if any match.

White coloured are generally soil mites. Darker colours are hypo miles they’ll eat gnat larva. I get them by the thousands

They multiply pretty quickly. With organic the top surface always stays moist so it’s easy for them to live.
