In order to identify properly a decent picture is needed.

Oribitad mites
Mould mites
Hypoaspis miles
Also try searching “worm bin mites” and see if any match.

They multiply pretty quickly. With organic the top surface always stays moist so it’s easy for them to live.These mites are actually pretty !
