That depends upon what you mean when you say "children". There are virtually no toddlers who are able to access cannabis. If you want to talk about the few whose parents aren't taking care with their gummy bears then you are just trying to split hairs.

I have two sons, 19 YO and 17 YO. Have they both had access to cannabis? Yes. Doesn't mean I'd support making it as easy to buy as tomatoes.
