Hey y'all, first time grower

I got a bunch of purple punch seeds from a local grower and germinated them in a cup of water and planted some of the sprouts in peat pucks and some in just tap water. Fed them only water for the first 2 weeks. Lights is spider-farmer SF2000 on 70% intensity hanging 16" from the plants.

I just started giving very low doses of GH 3 part mixed, Botanicare CalMag 3 days ago.
pH around 6.0, tds is 1400 ppm, air temperature/humidity is 70F and 42%.
my tap water is 7-8 pH, 120 ppm, and 200 ec.
At first they seemed healthy and fine after the nutes. I've never seen them grow that fast in one day.

Then they started to droop and show some yellow fading in the center.

After the leaves drooping got worse, I replaced all the water with just plain tap water and they're looking bit less droopy after 12 hours.
I've ordered some pH down and plan to daily keep pH to 5.8.
I'll add less nutrients. maybe half the ppm. Also its been 3 weeks since germination and they seem undersized. What's causing the yellowing and drooping?

Thank you to all the veteran growers sharing priceless info on this forum. I've learned a ton here and will be attempting SoG with 4 moms vegging 24-7 on a dwc then flowering 24 clone cuttings straight away (12/12) in a diy low pressure aero rubbermaid container. I hear most people only use LPAs as cloners to veg the clones then move the clones into a different medium for flowering. Does flowering in LPAs negatively affect bud quality?

turn your light WAY down and quit feeding them. they're still too young. straight water and they'll let you know when they need nutes

1400ppm gonna fry them, that’s 2.4ec, unless you’re running supplemental co2 and in mid flower you never need to go that high. Bring it down to like 400. I know hydro seems neat and exciting when you’re just starting out, but soils just so much easier, add dry amendments and then water as needed. I’d have saved a lot of time, money, and stress had i started in soil.

With LED lighting you need to get your air temps up to around 82, and humidity in veg around 65. Agree with others for lowering ppms until the are a bit bigger, then gradually bump up.

Dude you don't know you're doing there. Yellow in the centre because they are growing fast and take a while to green up. That plastic is going to give them all stem rot and they're so stretched out they need stakes for support once they get into some kind of home.

I'd get them situated before they're goners. You got gear for all those plants? Plain tap water is no good for fixing things unless it's to mix your nutes in or flush overfed pots.

Feed them some 1/4 strength nutes at least.

I've raised the Spider Famer LED a few inches and lowered the intensity to 50%.

The seedlings from the plastic wrap were moved to a 5 gal DWC /w airstone. Their roots were all bundled, so couldn't separate them.
The ones in peat puck are doing much better. Now I wish I did try soil with EWC or something. Their stems are strong and leaves are dark healthy green and firm. I also hear soil grown bud is danker.

I got a RO filter cuz it seemed better for the plant to drink clean water rather than adding pH down to my 8.0 pH 120ppm tap water.
The RO water is 7.5 pH and 10 ppm TDS. All the plants are now getting pH balanced, 2tsp/gal 3 part GH.

The purple punch seeds are mostly for practice (attempting SoG in a LPA aero with all these seedlings)
I just ordered 3 clones from purple city genetics (kush mints, grandi guava, runtz) and keep them in a DIY humidity dome.
Temp: 65F, Humidity 99% inside dome. I briefly air it twice a day. Clones came in rockwools with some roots on them.

I attempted to move one of the clones into a DWC, but it began wilting after 5 min and I immediately put it back into the dome.
I'm trying to figure out why the clone started dying in the dwc?
ph was 5.8, temp was 65F, ppm 100, very little GH 3 part calmag, and rhizotonic from canna.
The clone rockwool was sitting on hydroton slightly touching the bubbling nutrient water.
air temp is 70F and humidity 45%

What temp? This is the pool shock I use, not sure if its any different than the 4 in 1, I just know it only contains calcium hypochlorite, and .01 grams per gallon keeps the res clean for 2 days. The $9 bag pictured should last me years

i got some hydroguard and was thinking of only adding it if the roots look slimy
so far all their roots are looking fresh white and smell like crisp microgreens :D

With that temp, I think youre alright. Not an expert there.

HTH (Calcium Hypochloride) breaks down into calcium, chlorine, and oxygen at a molecular level. All of which are completely safe for your plant. I respect your decision, however I have read running bennies in a res can be a very delicate balance, so keep that in mind. Best of luck!

Edit: I am not an expert on chemistry, I did some research one time, I recommend you do the same and come to your own conclusions.
