Molto benne.I’m a pizzaiolo by trade.
Pizza snob according to some.
OK … according to many.
In my defense, I’ve made tens of thousands of pizzas.
Pizze, if you’re speaking Italiano.

I bought one of the big bars. I swear they were the size of a cookie sheet when I was a kid, I guess I was a bit smaller then.
No, you do not! You turn out some impressive dishes.I don’t mess around C2G.
Hope you boiled those puppies first.
I remember sitting on the loading dock they setup tables on at the Bridgeport Brewery back in the 80's when it still had that warehouse feel and the only food they had was pizza and focaccia bread. That was when they didn't have fancy tables just some folding chairs and a few small tables just big enough to set your beer on. At that time Portland Brewery was just around the corner next to Bogarts.BBQ chicken pizza, California style with hand made BBQ sauce, red onion, smoked Gouda, mozzarella and cilantro on a NY style crust.
Plus an ode to Bridgeport Brewing, may they RIP.
That Cafe Negro was a damn good beer.

Yeah that is a fine loaf of bread you have there. You made it?
Yes I did. Actually I bake year round and make at least 2 of these a week. I live in a place with indifferent bread.Yeah that is a fine loaf of bread you have there. You made it?
