that is a good one that's pretty easy to find too.
That one, Fat Tire and Red Seal Ale from North Coast Brewing are my go to's. Ales and stouts are my preference. I need to find another stout other than Guinness though.that is a good one that's pretty easy to find too.
i love all 3 of the samuel smiths: oatmeal, chocolate and imperial.I need to find another stout other than Guinness though.
I am sick of ipa . They are too strong for me. I am going to try ale. I almost grabbed some the other day. Sorry, I am bit confused about the difference between imperial ale and regular ale. That one, Fat Tire and Red Seal Ale from North Coast Brewing are my go to's. Ales and stouts are my preference. I like beers that aren't hop forward in taste but still have a lot of flavor. Try the ones I mentioned.I am sick of ipa . They are too strong for me. I am going to try ale. I almost grabbed some the other day.

next time i'm on a 6 month voyage to New Delhi I'll bring along a cask of IPA. lolBlasphemy!
everything from Deschutes is solid IMODeschutes Obsidian Stout.
The lady likes the Mirror Pond but I find it to be lacking. It's still a good beer but I like more hop. I'll stick to my IPA's but that Obsidian Stout is a damn good stout. I remember when McMenamins had good beer. Their Terminator Stout was always good. Now they're just a hospitality chain and the quality of their beer has suffered significantly over the years. I haven't been to one in years even before the Pandemic. Last time was when my sister was in town and wanted to go to the Kennedy School. Horrible beer and food. The service was just as bad. I felt violated paying the tab. It was like I just got mugged.everything from Deschutes is solid IMO
never heard of them. portland ?McMenamins
That's where they started but they have places all over Oregon and Washington now. Back in the day many of their brewpubs were brewing something on-site. They have about 60 pubs, small theaters in Oregon and Washington. They've been around since 1983.never heard of them. portland ?
