Pretty much a perfect dinner.Last night's dinner was sweet baked chicken breast, hand mashed potatoes with garlic and sour cream and fried asparagus with almonds.

i got taught how to roll sushi a long time ago, but i haven't done it in a long time. as i remember it, if your rice isn't staying together, it's either not sticky enough, or you aren't rolling it tight enough. not being critical, just helpful...if i'm being a dick just ignore meIt's steamed kokuho rose...it's plenty sticky.

then i had all these apples, so i fried them in unsalted butter, with nutmeg, cinnamon, raisins, dark brown sugar, and a little lemon zest
