Just an FYI that you can find a whole whack of ~100w LED panels on amazon for around $35-50 each. That would get you 300w of LED for under $150. Perfect to veg a closet imo

Seems pretty expensive for the build quality. They are charging around $3 per watt which is pretty high considering the housing looks like a home made deal.I have been looking for 2 strip led's to cover around 18" x 4' each I found this company what do you guys and gals think of these they have diy and some pre-made models.

Thanks for the suggestion man I’ll definitely be looking a bit more as I’m always after a deal and for veg, overkill light is really just more electric to pay for, if anything I’ll go a cheaper route like you recommended..
I do currently have a Crecer Lighting panthrx ii mini, but it is a little weak not quite enough light penetration through the canopy in my 3x3 by itself, but I’ll at least use it dimmed down to veg until I find some cheap replacement panels I like soon as I can afford it because I pulled the trigger on a new HLG 350R today, I can’t wait to see it in a few days, I have only had my other LED for maybe six months since I switched from CMH, so I am still very new to growing with LEDs at all, my last run was awesome quality, I can’t wait to start my second any day now just gotta pop some new beans and I’ll be back in business

What about luxx lightings clone led, they are 24 inches long, but come in a 2 pack so you could daisy chain them and cover your space, they would just only work for veg, you’d need a solution with more red light for flower or you will get super loose bud structure.

You can get 4ft 18w led strips on Amazon for like $8-10 per tube. I got the 4000K for my clones. Works well.

Looks like a custom strip. But you can buy custom strips off alibaba and others.
not you can get these original Samsung strips. They are 4000K plus 660nm red.

So I hung up my new 350R and tested it out in my closet on Saturday because this closet will soon be remodeled into my veg area which I’ll use another light in but I just wanted to see what I was working with, and good god is this light bright as hell! Y’all make sure and wear some method sevens or similar glasses when working under so much light !

Grown under some Hortibloom Luma P6 COB lights.
They're okay lights for the price, not great by any means, but they can get the job done.
I appreciate their large heatsinks, with built in fans, keeping the light nice and cool.
That being said, the light penetration on these could definitely be better, though.
Everything turned out frosty, and colorful, as you can see.

I do not know what those are, but you can get a ion 720w from growgeneration.com for $725 with a 5 year warranty.

The Baylabs 720 is $626 plus $150 coupon plus I have another $150 gift card on Amazon. 720watts for $326 with savings. It does have a 5 year warranty so I'm curious

That's not correct. I have the luxx 645 pro and it is 1800/umol and 645W. And I believe slightly cheaper than the gavita?

Dang. I couldn't imagine a light being better than the luxx after I pulled over 2gpw from it but that's awesome. I was between the 2 when I purchased this luxx I forget why I decided on the luxx. Probably because of the dimmer situation.Head to head both are bad ass, the gavita cost more by far, but it is slightly better in operating cost per umol.
