nothing civil about it so far…but it’s a fact that the overthrow party has only one goal: to erase most of the 20th century - and fully half of the 19th. A “permanent ‘republican’ majority” one way or another. Wouldn’t put reducing # of non-republicans past them, since they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE NATION AND ITS LAWS…unless they are THE ONLY ONES who get to write, enforce, and profit from the nation and its laws. The public sphere doesn’t even exist for them: “the public” is simply eaters in the way

fuck them, they haven't got a chance on any front. the average magat isn't going to march into the streets and go to war...how many magats ran their mouths about 1/6, and how many were really there? maybe 2500 at most? out of 50 thousand? 100 thousand? that were at least peripherally involved?
they may try some shit, but they'll get shut down by the police, the national guard, the armed forces if necessary.

The fact that he is attacking Roe v Wade says it all imo.

When I think about it, the only foundation-level drivers for this hatefulness are
1) religion, notably militant evangelical Protestants of the televangelist/mega church sort
2) the fact that almost all our captains of industry are privileged heterosexual white males who are keen on defending and expanding that privilege.

If you can correct or extend that idea, I’m in.

Ahhhhhhhhh, The WASP with Presidential aspirations. The WASP is everything wrong with this country besides the Trumpers. In a way it's interesting how the two groups combined evil forces but they had to because no others have ideology so unpopular with voters. Both have realized the only way forward is the gaslight/rewrite of history, basic lying and cheating.

BTW it's good to see you in Political if I haven't already said..I enjoy the 'new blood':hug:
