You seem to be selling this 'decline' troll pretty hard new guy.
how?reminds me of the paleo diet.
the argument that things were better back then. Without context you’re right that sounds weird.how?
I didn’t do paleo but hard (less than 2g carbs per day) ketogenic. The overweight melted off me and my blood levels markedly improved. I guess we have each our own metabolism.the argument that things were better back then. Without context you’re right that sounds weird.
I used to weight train and went through all kinds of diets/heath fads/etc
I’d been on Paleo for almost 4 months and felt great and was extremely fit. Then I went to the doctor for a physical and my cholesterol and triglycerides along with other levels were absolutely shit. The doctor asked me what had changed since last year and I showed him my diet. The way I explained it was total bro science I regurgitated from the countless sources available. “Yea you just eat what a caveman would have had access to. Nothing processed no dairy no grains no legumes etc”
He looked at me and asked, “what was the average lifespan of a caveman?”
Keto cycles have been great for me also I’m a big fanI didn’t do paleo but hard (less than 2g carbs per day) ketogenic. The overweight melted off me and my blood levels markedly improved. I guess we have each our own metabolism.
As for his caveman quip, we would need a way to filter out death by chipped flint, predator jaws and just plain oops in order to check its relevance.
I’ve been thrown before by stuff that makes sense. It doesn’t help that a close search of the Web will turn up something that creates confirmation bias. It’s important to have something of a touchstone when “doing research” via Google. I bet there’s a hundred likely Ph.D.s in exploring how search engines have changed how people think.Keto cycles have been great for me also I’m a big fan
caveman/ancient man/any point in history where life expectancy was 30-50 prior to immodern crops, diets, and medicines. Its debatable I guess but makes perfect sense
