I would just set a micro grow box and get good/creative with lst training and have a small enough setup that can sit under something, or behind something or bottom corner of closet, ect..
I have a couple small spaces going and they are fairly low key and people think it's just a storage box or something. As long as I have notice to unplug things and hide the weird electric box aspects, I've had no problems. I've also never had someone go through all my belongings but if I did I'd probably get pretty pissed. Renting sucks.
I've had a couple strains that smelled too strong and you could smell them flowering as soon as you walked in, that wasn't very fun times.

Yea this was one way I was thinking.. my last grow was in a 600x600x900 tent and scrogged a single dwc did really really well off it!

If your concern is stealth and avoiding legal/property issues then I would suggest don't grow until you no longer have those issues before growing, either that or prepare to possibly have to throw out plants or put them somewhere else.. :blsmoke:

Yea hence why I'm thinking just pop one at a time so I can put it elsewhere or throw it if needs be!

You could "math" it. The following would be the theoretical probability of germinating at least one female, given the assumption that your binomial distribution of m/f is 50%.

Question: If you pick two random seeds, what is the theoretical probability that at least one is female?
n trials = 2 (i.e, the number of seeds you pick to germinate)

Pr(at least 1 seed is F) = (1-.5^2)
Pr(at least 1 seed is F) = 75%

edit: the exponential term is the number of trials. So if you pick 3 seeds, your probability would be 87.5%

edit 2: I should also emphasize that this is the theoretical probability-- ie, just what the math says. I recently germinated 2 seeds from a reg pack of 6 and both were males!
