I got mine for $140 preorder but I had to wait 6 months because the magnets were backordered. Still expensive, but not as hurtful as $175. Yea, it comes with a removable reducer that gives you a VERY fine grind. I removed it as it took forever to grind shit up with, and you can't grind it with it packed full with the reducer in, like he said. Not sure about the kief hole, havent experienced that. Here's a pic of the reducer. Comes right off with the included hex key. Overall I'm happy with it. I wanted something held together with magnets primarily, and something made of stainless steel secondary. This one fit both categories. The other ones I was looking at was the QUBUS, Herb Ripper, and the HOJ.

i tried the whole bud in bong yesterday it burns a lot slower its nice if you want to smoke for 10 minutes you can light tiny parts.compared to grinder weed anywhere you light it it spreads like wild fire

I’ve tried the shedding (resin) grinders, the fine-tooth dust maker that came with my volcano and about 10 others.

My old grinder actually fused shut so i got this one Amazon. It’s by far my favorite and at a good cost.

Grinders are convient and some look neat and high tec. But the residues they accumulate over time is more of a pain in the ass to clean. Can anyone tell me why it's a better idea to churn, mash and grind up all those trichomes?
Been there, done that. Scrapped it.
Cuticle scissors is the only thing I use now.
$5 at Target, Walgreens and Walmart.

Can't say it's better to churn, mash or grind buds. But some people like to collect the keif so they can press it, put it in a joint or like myself, I mix extra keif in almost every bong pack.

i got some oily weed its never dry soo there is no need for the mesh

I never fought about that.but i should probably get a better jar soo water doesnt get inside.

The weed doesn't get frozen, just the grinder. I have an aluminum Santa Cruz Shredder (SCS), I put that in the freezer for about 15min, then the sticky weed doesn't stick to the grinder. Burns normally, I roll joints mainly then with anything left over that didn't make it into my joint, I smoke in my heir water pipe.

I'm an old school scissor head, my grinder is a pair of scissors. I've always used scissors as I like a fine blend for smashing bongs. If you don't clear it all in one pull here in Aus, or leave the slightest bit of ash in the piece you get shafted by everyone in the room and become the bane of everyone's existence. There is no going back for seconds to clear the piece here, and we generally don't smoke pipes or joints either. When i use a grinder it always blocks or has residue in the CP and a fight near on breaks out. its an Aus thing for sure.

I was confused when I saw Americans smoking, and they take multi hits off one packed cone piece. I was like what? if you don't get that nice sound when it rips clean, your ousted from the session indefinitely here, and any future sessions.

I got a power grinder. I have arthritis in my hands.

The Wakit grinder works real good. It uses a beaded chain instead of blades. It does not have a kief collector though.

If you have any trouble with pain in your hands or wrists I recommend it.

It's pricey though but I wouldn't go back to hand grinding. I think it was $80.

i gifted my cousin one of those crank ones it was a huge boy but tiny crank. it felt like too much work didnt get used a lot
