That explains it, 6.0 is a bit low for soil.. Aim for 6.5-6.8 perhaps.. I'm looking with a critical eye.. More than the last one could be doing better.. Just pushing for optimum health, they aren't in imminent danger..

So, my PH for the water i use to water should be 6.5-6.8?
How do i lower the PH of the soil?
If i use 6.5-6.8 for the water, will that lower the soil PH which reads higher than the run off and the feeding water?

Your babies are looking pretty good so far, especially for the problems you had early on. But your really doing great. Borntokill seems to know his stuff from what I just read, take his advice. But everything is looking great, soon enough you will be flowering and get your first glimps of some bud forming.

I actually just started a grow about 5 days ago, so they are really small. I hope to get a cam for xmass and post pictures, at that time I will be really close to flowering, so it should be the exciting parts.

Keep up the good work. + Rep and Subscribed

Whenever you find yourself thinking you're doing good enough, take a look at the garden in the link I posted about Trimming Fan Leaves.. Theres an expression that goes " 'Good enough', is the enemy of the best.."

Hey born2kill,
Here is the closeups you asked for.....
The first ones are the new tops coming from the medium plants in the other little cab.:
The one has the same problem as oasis had with the wilted starts, it was fixed by a flush of the soil, now oasis looks better, and the same was done to this yesterday.
Also, the ones that look near death, i have no idea about, i never had this happen before.....?
edit, and two of the are yellowing on the bottoms with little brown spots on the leaves......Is this N deficiency?

Here is plant 3 oasis:
This one still has a few of the wilted ones, but much better than the last pics., and i believe it is still fixing it self.
I don't know if this is because there is so much foilage or not, but it was originaly a N toxication, that I tried to fix by flushing, and seems to be working.
Should i do some trimming on this? I can't remember how many right now...:blsmoke:....but there are massive tops and growth on here, any ideas or suggestions?

Here are close ones of cryptonite, this one and plant 1 and 2 all look the same as far as new growth is concerned. They look pretty decent,In my opinion....
Yeah, those set of pics look great. Very healthy looking, Don't see any issues.

As far as your others, what are you using for nutes? Some look like they could have nute burn, others look like it could be a diffiencey, and then I don't know whats going on with your gimpy looking ones. I really am not sure what you have givem them for nutes, water, ect so its hard to say.

When you have a unhealthy plant like nitrogen toxicity due not add more stress like cloning, are topping wait till it recovers.

This is probably to ensure you don't transfer the issues from the plant to the clone right?
I have been letting them go, and not doing much to them. I need to flower the four big ones but need a light hooked up first!!!

Well, Plant 3, oasis has the wilted tops so i flushed and the new growth looks better. I think this might just be a weak plant.
The other ones with yellow leaves i haven't given anything to since i had MG soil in the potting mix, left overs, so i didn't want to overdue it.
The gimpy shrivled up one is one that dropped in a bucket of water.....just a goof shot to see if i could get it to come back, but not to worried.

The four big ones get a small dose of MG with mother earth tea mixed in the water, that is PH balance to 6.0-6.5.

The little ones with the yellow lower leaves are, in my opinion, a N deficiency, is this correct?

I plan on adding a little of the nute mix but at a smaller dosage with the next watering, good idea?

The reason you should wait is more for the mother.. You'd be amazed at how screwy a cut can be, then still become a nice plant.. Don't get me wrong, plants are tough, and a little more stress wouldn't kill it, but regrowth when its sick can be really messed up and unproductive, and in the long run, whether its a mother plant, or on its way to the flower chamber it would have been more efficient to wait for better health..
