I don't know enough about the spinosad yet to be 100% comfortable so started with citric acid 5Tbsp/2qt RO water.

Sprayed everything as best as I could with a hand pump sprayer.

Reached up under and sprayed from the bottom up. And then from top down.

I hope you meant teaspoons instead of tablespoons.

Turn the lights off until the plants are dry.

That much citric acid is pretty much guaranteed to have killed the mites. Lets hope the plants will be ok.

I rinsed with straight ro, the tap is about 8.2pH.
I've never used baking soda.

For what it's worth put ½ teaspoon of baking soda per quart of RO and it came out to 8.5pH.

Sprayed everything down with that.

I hope this works out for you but if I'm remembering right 3 tsp per qt browned my pistils fairly bad. I'm glad you went back and rinsed them off.
