Many many things in life arnt taught in books, which is obviously where you've spent most of your time. No street smarts. . Everybody forgets there's equally powerful people as these politicians that don't show their faces that have a LOT of influence behind the scenes. now why is that?? MONEY. Like I said.

everyone looks at the world through the prism of their own personality....do i have to expound on that?
we expect that which motivates us to motivate others, we expect that which we fear to be feared by others...perhaps the world only looks that way because you look at it that way?

Or perhaps some people can see things that other people cannot. This stems from people's individual life experiences. Maybe you'd view things in other ways if you've had other experiences.. this life isn't about WHAT you know. It's WHO you know. George Carlin said it best. It's one big club and you and I ain't in it. Which makes us on ALL the same team and nobody even realizes it..

People view the world from EVENTS not personality lol. Is that what they are teaching kids in school these days? Lol... I observe and has nothing to do with the things I believe. SEEING is believing. .. who you think you are has absolutely nothing to do with the bullshit others do right in front of you. Precisely why you can't see it. You view the world with your personality and . Maybe you should just shut your mouth, open your eyes .. ‍ your lips are obviously flapping in the way of your vision..

How the hell do you know who I know and what I've seen? Chicago in the 80s and 90s was quite an interesting place if you had some balls. Notice how everyone is dropping names but me? It's a SMALL world...

that's kind of funny, that was exactly the message i was trying to convey to you...that your personal biases were coloring your view of the world, and not in a way that helps you in any way. when i say we view the world through the prism of our personalities, i mean that every event that has ever shaped our lives effect how we view everything in our lives now...i didn't think i needed to explain that, but it seems you understand insults, and not inferences....

I guess the Republicans will just hide behind their usual claim of "false flag". That way they don't have to pretend to condemn 'f@g bashing'..

I think shit like that needs to be jammed in people's faces. Make it very clear what they are supporting, don't give people wiggle room to come back and act surprised that you are pissed at what's going on. Grandma needs to start acknowledging what she is voting to support and how it impacts those close to them.

Going hard on culture warring against gay and/or trans people is an interesting gambit. Now that's its the main thing Republicans are going in on, it's funny as shit to see people scramble. They seem to have forgotten everyone has a gay uncle that's rad. Same with making parents pick their political side or their kids.

A month or two ago, my boss came out of a meeting laughing on the phone with one of his counterparts. It seems that another colleague on a conference call they had just come out of had referred to "their partner". They immediately called eachother to laugh about how somebody "came out as gay on a conference call. "

I pointed out that modern terminology has changed so that it is very common to people to use "partner" where they would have used "girlfriend" not too long ago. I mean, it makes perfect sense to me. Girlfriend is kind of a high school thing to say whereas partner denotes a level of commitment in a relationship. But I guess they are uncomfortable that it does not have a built in gender and that gay people have used the term in relationships since they could only recently marry.

Regarding my explanation, one of my co-workers said "no they don't". I said, yeah they do. He once again claimed "NO, they don't!" but did so in a very forceful way. It was very uncomfortable.

So I guess the old saying is true: 'Some folks will never eat a skunk, but then again some folk'll - like Cletus, the slack jawed yokel."

These folks aren't going to tolerate our high fallutin' city ways. They fucking hate us and will harm themselves grievously as long as they know it will hurt us too.

We still never got a list of pardons from the committee, surely they asked some of they key figures under oath if they had a pardon, or know of anybody who got one? Jared, Ivanka, Rudy, Mark Meadows? Was Donald writing pardons after his term of office? How would they know when it was signed? Does he have one for himself?
