just up potted and watered. Saw a prompt for software update so I went for it. Day three with no light. Has anyone else had this problem?

No clue about software issues
I used to just grow under candle light before I got my first Coleman lantern :bigjoint:
No seriously a long dark cycle won’t hurt unless they are mature or in veg
Hopefully someone can get you sorted

A bit of advice that will save you money and headache in the future, if a gardening product says anything weed related on the label it’s overpriced and more than likely poorly made. I ain’t even being mean just real. Herbs up there gave you the answer though if veg or early flower no big deal.

You should write an angry email to scynce too

Sometimes you can force a reset to the original manufactured firmware version. Then just update to the last stable release before this crap-tastic version was put out there. Might have to crack things open to find a way to do that though - i.e. it might be some switch or jumper pins or something like that on the board itself. But like the others have said I'd be on the phone raging with their support people.

$1500 On a smart light smdh, you can get 3 dumb ones, same wattage, most with better efficiency (umol/j) for the same price. Screw all that gimmicky tunable spectrum nonsense

Yeah I already got a bunch a lights and I didn’t buy the light for any of the reasons you listed. If you can’t help w my specific problem please keep it moving. Not really interested in your opinion. Lol I came here to see if anyone else has experienced the same issues. It’s funny how people here assume so much from a simple question. You guys have no idea how big a space or how many lights I run..,none of that. No idea my level of experience. Most of you can’t really offer any advice, (thanks yo those who did) but still can’t resist attempting to throw something in someone’s face as if you know better lol or like you know me. Now I remember why I don’t come here often lol.
