It's pretty tame to be honest. 60/40 blend and a medium-ish roast. I described it as something like "perfectly boring" once, and I think that's fitting.
I frickin LOVE using espresso beans as regular drip coffee. Bomb shit right there.I've been buying beans from a local roaster. At first I didn't care for their espresso blend because it was lighter and less rubbery tasting, but then it started to grow on me. It sort of smells / tastes like some type of cereal. I don't know, but it's delicious. I'm still buying Lavazza as a staple because the local kind of $14 for a 12oz bag. So it's more of a treat than an all day thing.
