Well I have the fan in back corner. Got one in another corner and have my Inline Fan so right now plenty of air movement.

Unless your plant is pitch black in the middle, then light IS getting in there...so there is no reason to cut leaves. Leaves simply dont take away from buds in any way and only add to them...even if only a small amount due to weak indirect light.
I never remove leaves...ever. If the plant doesn't want the leaf then it will drop it. But I keep them healthy and they keep them. The only reason to remove leaves would be for airflow to prevent mould or whatever on particularly dense shrubs. Still, then I would just say get your environment in order. Treat the cause, not the symptoms.

Right after we Topped them he took some of the lower Leaves off which was fine.

Well I told my Son and he said you're listening to them idiots on the internet but I will leave the Leaves alone.

I find, especially with growing, people just get ideas in their head and you can't convince them otherwise. It generally has no scientific backing, no studies or trials, or if there were trials there's no control.... leaning bias towards their own pov. Trying to argue the idea is basically wasting energy you could be putting towards something more useful or fulfilling. It's the main reason the bigger players in this forum dont answer threads anymore. You get someone arguing some ridiculous ideas, and it's pretty much like arguing with a 3yr old. Fuck it. Let them make mistakes then hold it over their head later. Just little jabs like when he asks you something you could say something along the lines of 'well heck son I dunno I'm just a dumb old man who doesn't pull off my fan leaves'. You know just dig the knife in a little deeper each time. It's what makes a great parent.
