Chicken feet come with built in toothpicks...I can't decide what to get for dinner. The feet are cheaper per pound but there isn't any waste with the tripe and it's already diced so it's probably a better value. What would you go with?

Boiled then fried, and served on a hard roll with ricotta and melted parmagiano.

Yes, mine and some of the ladies family were over. I was surprised how well everyone got along. They all bonded over the good food I had prepared and had a good time. I on the other hand was too busy making sure everyone was fed to enjoy myself. I don't know why but people always want to stand around in the kitchen when you're trying to get things done. I had to politely tell everyone to go out on the patio several times and get out of my way. It's like watching me cut up racks of ribs and pull pork butt was some kind of show. I can't stand people standing around just watching me.
Tonight's my turn to just sit back and relax while someone else does all the work.
