Zeeuws mussels pan. Zeeuws means from Zeeland, as in most south west province of NL, large mussel fishing areas.

Cooked and served in a musselpan, the pan-like lid gives the mussels space to open, allows the cook the shake as necessary, and serves as a container to ditch shells, except the one you use to grab the mussel out of another or the bottom of the pan… it’s a skill, always someone in the restaurant messing around with a fork. No pic when served so grabbed this example from google.

I marinated this pork tenderloin with lemon, zest, olive oil. kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic. Keep left burners on high and right burners on lower. 1 1/2 minutes on each of the 4 sides on the high side. 4 minutes on each of the 2 wide sides of loin on the lower burners on the right. Comes out with just a bit of pink throughout.

Tomato salad, rice, and sauted mushrooms that my Wife made while I was slaving away on the chair outside drinking a beer and watching the BBQ. AKA waiting for the timer on the phone so I could flip them. Us guys have it hard with the BBQing you know. :bigjoint:

Saw this on an Instagram post and wanted to give it a try. Potato and bacon roses.

Any garnishments? Cheese, salsa, ketchup or bbq sauce?

Maybe go with the bbq sauce. The BOLD kind.

like this.

Ate it as it was but they'd go good with anything.
Maybe a little of this.
