Well you're shouldn't drop them like depth charges then lol. I like to break them into a ramekin and scald my fingers putting them in the water. The suffering means you're doing it right!

The lady keeps bugging me to make those again with some ramen. But then I have to make the broth, noodles from scratch, all the other prep for the ingredients. Ramen can take some work.Ramen eggs

Two large bowls of handmade from scratch tonkotsu miso ramen with pork belly and egg is $30. I can make the egg and broth but not the ramen noodle. The lady keeps bugging me to make those again with some ramen. The noodles really are not that hard to make. It's just kind of a hassle to go through for just a couple bowls. They apparently freeze really well so next time I make some I'm doing a big batch at one time so I can freeze a bunch. There's also fresh or frozen noodles at most asian markets although I've had some that were not the best quality which is why I started making them myself. Two large bowls of handmade from scratch tonkotsu miso ramen with pork belly and egg is $30. If you can make 2 portions made to order just as well then that would be better. It takes time to package noodles properly for the freezer. I just use a wavy noodle and eat less of it. Make some yakitori to go with it.The noodles really are not that hard to make. It's just kind of a hassle to go through for just a couple bowls.
