My dads paprika chicken dish. Had it with potato wedges but goes well mixed up in pasta!

Method;

Sauté onions, garlic, bay on low heat in butter and olive oil. Then sliced button mushrooms (or any u fancy). Now add 1 flat tsp of thyme (fresh or dry) and 1 heaped tsp of paprika (not smoked, too strong, can add a touch for smoky flavour if desired) and cook out for a min. Then add chicken coat in mixture and seal the meat.

Deglaze pan with dry white wine (a lot 350mlish) season with salt n pepper and reduce.

After about 15 mins add cream about a whole pot and simmer on low heat for another 5-10 mins. When oil floats to the top then add chives or parsley. Season to taste.

Simple but really tasty :)
