I try to keep an open mind where warranted, so I like many of the experts, await the results of experimentation. Everybody outside their specialty these days is an amateur.

I too like to keep an open mind, but that does not obligate me to tolerate sales pitches camouflaged as serious essays.

I didn't say it was an engineering problem with a resolution, it's just someone with a new idea has the investment to see if it works, it is very much an experiment with many potential hurdles, but a big reward if successful. They think it stands a good chance of working and it's better the money is spent on this than donated to the republicans! :lol: People are free to waste their money too, but I think their investors practiced due diligence and had an independent engineering and geophysical assessment done, I would before investing millions.

Their presence is usually a sign of desperation and now things are looking desperate for them with Donald in deep shit and the GOP dropping in the polls as women get fired up. Even the Russians are all fucked up lately and I doubt they are wasting any resources here, they need everything they've go to try and survive in Ukraine! Not just Donald and the GOP are on the ropes, Putin and the Russians are too and the MAGATS are whining about all the money being spent on Ukraine (A great investment BTW). They seem disturbed that their Russian allies are getting an ass kicking in Ukraine too.

For those who liked Steve Irwin. Many years earlier (and also an owner of a croc farm) Australia had Malcolm Douglas.
Give it a watch if you have the time. Especially if you love fishing.
