Just curious as to what my fellow okies think about the fact that Oklahoma passed 200 new laws this year. I have not researched them yet but I am going to. Was there anything meaningful passed concerning our marijuana laws? Or was there anything passed that I should know about that I don't?

go into effect as of November 1st, 2022.

Signage Requirement for Growers
Beginning on November 1st, 2022, the State of Oklahoma will require that Grow license holders erect signage at their facility
upon license renewal. This signage will be required to display: 1) must be at least 18 inches by 24 inches; 2) have a standardized black font at least 2 inches tall; 3) on a white background; 4) display the business name; 5) physical address of the licensed business; 6) phone number of the licensed business; and, 7) the OMMA business license number of the business.

Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry Registration For Growers
All medical marijuana commercial grower licensees who operate an outdoor medical marijuana production facility shall be required to register with the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry as an environmentally sensitive crop owner. Registration shall provide notice to commercial and private pesticide applicators of the locations of medical marijuana crops and help minimize the potential for damaging pesticide drift.
The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture and at present there is no means for Growers to register at this time.

Point of Sale Packaging For Dispensaries
At the point of sale of any medical marijuana, medical marijuana concentrate, or medical marijuana products to a licensed medical marijuana patient or licensed medical marijuana caregiver, the dispensary shall place the medical marijuana, medical marijuana concentrate, or medical marijuana products in an exit package
"Exit Packaging" means an opaque bag that is provided at the point of sale in which pre-packaged medical marijuana is placed.

Dispensary Packaging Requirements
Containers cannot be labeled confusion as to whether the medical marijuana, medical marijuana concentrate or medical marijuana product is a trademarked product or labeled in a manner that violates any federal trademark law or regulation. The label on the container shall include a warning that states the following:
a. “For use by licensed medical marijuana patients only”, and
b. “Keep out of reach of children."

Dispensary Labeling Requirements
The label on a sales container shall not make any claims regarding health or physical benefits to the patient.
The container itself may be clear in order to allow licensed medical marijuana patients and licensed medical marijuana caregivers the ability to view the product inside the container, but the container shall be child-resistant.
"Child-Resistant" means special packaging that is:
a. Designed or constructed to be significantly difficult for children under five (5) years of age to open and not difficult for normal adults to use properly, and
b. Resealable to maintain its child-resistant effectiveness for multiple openings for any product intended for more than a single use or containing multiple serving
