Vaccinated stay contagious longer than Unvaccinated

I am proud to say I am unvaccinated and so is my entire family. Also proud to say that no one in my family has had the virus. But I must say that I have a few friends that are vaccinated and they caught the virus last year. I personally know no one that is unvaccinated and caught the virus.
Pride is the just reward for accomplishment, and you have nothing to be proud of, your personal observations are of little value, science is statistical. Why would almost all doctors who know their shit recommend vaccination? Is Alex Jones a doctor?

I bounced into this FB page with 180K members called "Died Suddenly News".. it was story after story of people just falling out (vaxxed), or had a heart attack/stroke, blood clots, skin disorders, cancer from apparently perfectly healthy people shortly after a vax or booster... it was freaky. I got booted because I mentioned "Cannabis".... go figure.

Given that words mean things, this is a false statement.

The vaxxed and unvaxxed are all equally likely to die. Of you mean die from covid, "cause unknown" or myocardial issues, blood clots ect you will have to wait for more data, especially considering peer reviewed studies are including natural immunity as vaccinated status.

Unvaccinated 14 Times More Likely to Die From COVID

Unvaccinated people are about six times more likely to test positive than vaccinated people, nine times more likely to be hospitalized, and 14 times more likely to die from COVID-related complications, Walensky said.

Both of my farm crew were unvaxinated and both caught covid and one got so sick he was hospitalized and lost 30lbs. It took him a year to recover. Both are health young males. Both are now vaxxed and boosted...sometimes you learn the hard way

Unvaccinated 14 Times More Likely to Die From COVID

Unvaccinated people are about six times more likely to test positive than vaccinated people, nine times more likely to be hospitalized, and 14 times more likely to die from COVID-related complications, Walensky said.
Walensky is currently on day 10 and still covid positive after testing positive on October 21st with a round of Paxlovid in between.

She also recommends
“If you had symptoms and your symptoms are improving, you may end isolation after day 5 if you are fever-free for 24 hours (without the use of fever-reducing medication).”

What else has Walensky said you ask?

Before Senate Comittee:
“Data have emerged again that [demonstrate] that even if you were to get infected during post vaccination that you can’t give it to anyone else"

On MSNBC:
“Our data from the CDC today suggests that vaccinated people do not carry the virus, don’t get sick.”

“(A)nd that it’s not just in the clinical trials,” the director added, “but it’s also in real world data.”

White House Briefing:
“CDC recommends that pregnant people receive the Covid-19 vaccine,” Walensky said. CDC guidance, however, does not recommend that pregnant people receive the vaccine, instead it says that they “can” get the vaccine and says there is limited data on pregnant people and the vaccines.

The video lacks context. It compares comments made by Walensky prior to the rise of the Delta variant, which was first designated a variant of concern (VOC) in May 2021 by the World Health Organization (WHO), to her comments at a press briefing in August, with Delta the current dominant strain in the United States (here).

“The issue is that COVID-19 is not the same disease as it was 6 months ago. The delta variant is more contagious and requires higher levels of antibodies for killing it. Therefore, these videos tell only half the story,” Dr Buddy Creech, Associate Professor of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases, at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee, told Reuters via email when presented with the claims.

On April 2, a CDC study found that the mRNA vaccines were highly effective in preventing symptomatic infection in randomized placebo-controlled Phase III trials (here).

CDC data shows a significant reduction in hospitalizations and deaths due to COVID-19 following the rollout of vaccines at the start of the year (here).

However, with the rise of the significantly more transmissible Delta variant, early findings have suggested that vaccinated people can still transmit the virus (here), (here), (here).

Speaking at the August 18 press briefing, Walensky said that although vaccines are currently working well to prevent hospitalizations, there is “concerning evidence” of “waning vaccine effectiveness over time and against the Delta variant,” and confirmed that booster vaccines will be rolled out to Americans next month.

I cannot tell you how many times I’ve asked this user to provide documentation for its claims.

What video? Can you articulate what you would like a source for?

I mean you take a paragraph with multiple points and just say source?

Thanks in advance.

This is good stuff. I did have the wit to arm myself with far superior natural immunity though.

And also to understand that masking had about as much affect on containment of covid as a fish net has of containing dry sand.

That may be (in your mind), but you still spout antivax BS. My source "Rueters", still waiting for yours, and out of your arse is not a source.
