You made a post saying that after you spray your plants with habanero they perk up. I said if you pop one in your mouth it would perk you up too. What am I missing here? Are you implying that if you popped a habanero in your mouth and started chewing you wouldn't have a reaction?

Yeah it's my fault your thread went off the rails. It has nothing to do with that clown that's been photobombing their nasty plants.

Not at all. Because I definitely will! But I think it would be the direct opposite of the plants reaction! Now in the comment you just quoted I directly stated there's a whole other reason this went off the walls... and is the main reason i will clarify, but going from informative to hot sauce is a contributing factor. How'd we get to hot sauce? Lol.

Now perhaps you're a seasoned vet and really know your stuff, which is why I'm here, to learn from those folks. Your initial comment offered no response to the initial question of the thread, which is why I asked your intentions with it.

Can we get back on topic, pretty please?

Can you elaborate on your opinion? From my BASIC understanding, rain water contains nitrates. Plants get rained on outdoor. While I know it's unnecessary for healthy plants from experience (havent sprayed my indoor), but why against it if I may ask?

I'd still like to know if anyone has had issues with overspray on tent walls. The one response seems like it won't be an issue. Is that the conscensus of the vets?

I foilar feed a concoction I make from habanero peppers. The plants love it. Always look so vibrant after a good spray. This is outdoor though.

I'm concerned that if I go spraying this mix in the tent that I could cause some unwanted bacterial/mold growth on the walls of the tent from overspray. Is this the case? Have any of you had issues foilar spraying organics in the tent or am I over thinking this?

Both the capsaicin and the sulfur compounds in garlic have insecticidal and antifungal properties. They can repel insects and inhibit the growth of PM and other plant pathogens. I would not worry about overspray causing mold in your tent as both capsaicin and garlic have antifungal properties.

I have an organic outdoor garden and I've used both hot peppers and garlic in foliars. I am going to stop the use of capsaicin though as it's come to my attention that it's toxic to honeybees and other beneficial insects.

I foliar feed sometimes indoors and i do prevenative sprays to keep spider mites at bay.. if over spray is a problem just wash the walls or sides of the tent to prevent build up or mold.. aslong as the humidity isnt to high, there isnt anything wrong with spraying anything on the plants..
