Is she ready??

Is she ready to come down tomorrow morning? Day 61 of flower and there is a few clear trichomes still while most are milky with some amber. There is still no smell to me I might be used to it tho. Every time I walk in the house it’s strong then within a few minutes it’s gone. This is my first grow so I’m ready to pull the trigger and start my next grow so I can do better.

Awesome thank you! I don’t think it would gain a lot more weight just because it’s almost taken up all of its sugar leaves. Which ig im not sure if it is supposed to swell past them or not

Did you scope it? I would wait until there's 10- 25% amber before taking her.

I did scope it most of the main colas have amber trichomes with mainly cloudy trichomes and a some clear still here and there can’t really get that good of a scope pic my hands are shaky lol. Also if she isn’t done now will she swell past her sugar leaves? I check the same Nug over and over for a reference to my last time I checked

I will most likely wait till next Saturday to chop her if she isn’t done today she is still drinking some water so I’ll wait on her she is gonna be my biggest yielding my other 2 plants are done done lol

Take her if you want she's probably close enough but the harvest window is 10- 25% amber or atleast that's what most people believe.

This is all preference but honestly you dont want a whole lot of amber as it means the thc is degrading to other cannabioids ..... Its impossible to get pure cloudy trichs, you always get a mix but I try for as much cloudy with as few clear and amber as possible.

You could keep an eye on trichs and let it go a bit longer to see if it swells up a bit more and pull it if it goes too far for your liking

Thanks for the answers guys. I will do a thorough check on them tomorrow to see how many clear trichomes they have and see if I will wait or not

That’s crazy I have seen people say that before too I wonder if it depends on strain or what lol do you get more indica or sativa affects from it since they are clear?

Chill on the N and give more of the bloom or whatever that's got more K. Not necessarily fatter, but they need it and it can help with terpenes and flavors too.

Yeah I wasn’t adding extra n I just realized they have a lot of it in the nutes I’m using so I had to make my own ratio lol and okay that’s good to know for the next run these seem to not smell so much but they do smell like lemons and candy

It will continue to swell / harden off and pistil recede. So called “ 8 week “ strains actually end up better going past that breeder estimate bullshit.

Yes lmao my cats can’t leave the tent alone they are always rubbing on it so when I open it it just sucks some of there hair in straight to the Vent lol
