Been meaning to make these for a while and today seemed like a good day.

It’s a recipe my grandma came up with for her B&B she use to run

I’ve never seen these made elsewhere and folk love them!

Fluffy Eggs:

Toast 2 slices of bread preferably on the bagel setting.

Separate 2 eggs and beat the whites into stiff peaks.

Grate some cheese.

Place cheese on toasted side, egg in the middle and cover with whites. I like to put the left over bits of cheese in the whites so they caramelise.

Oven for about 8 mins at 200c

Simple but delicious and can be a foundation for other things to be added.

Happy holidays to all the cannabis edible connoisseurs out there! December is approaching and that means Christmas is on the horizon! What better way to kick-off the holidays than learning how to make weed Christmas cookies. This recipe is super flavorful and easy to make.
We recommend trying out the potency calculator at the bottom of this article prior to making the recipe. This way you’ll be able to adjust the calculator and recipe ingredients until you find a dosage that fits your preferences.
Here is What You Will Need
To make this weed Christmas cookie recipe, you will need one ingredient that you probably won’t find in your kitchen. That ingredient is cannabis butter. We have already written a comprehensive beginner guide on how to make cannabis butter here! The beginner guide includes a potency calculator that you can use to adjust the potency of your cannabis butter until it fits your preferences! This will allow you to make the cookies the potency you like!
You will also need some equipment to make the recipe. Equipment needed:
  • Oven
  • Mixing Bowls
  • Cookie Sheets
  • Refrigerator
  • Wire Rack
  • Non-stick Cooking Spray

Frozen to plate in 10 min.

We use that oven for most of our cooking.
The conventional oven only gets used for large things like homemade pizza, whole turkeys, pies, cakes etc...

They work great for frozen food. I also use mine for spring rolls and Chinese dumplings I make and freeze. Some things like spring rolls you need to coat them with a little oil but it sure beats hassling with deep frying and the results are good.
