Did Jack Smith Get Meadows to FLIP on Trump?

73,098 views Dec 25, 2022
Legal AF Host and Meidas Contributor Michael Popok reports on the very real likelihood that Mark Meadows, Trump’s former chief of staff, is cooperating with the DOJ because he committed his own federal crimes of witness tampering and obstruction with his deputy, Cassidy Hutchinson, and faces up to 20 year prison sentences — if he doesn’t flip now.

If Jack flips Mark a lot more than Trump will have to worry, many conspiracies and schemes involving lot's of republicans will be an open book, many with receipts. Mark was conspiracy central and when he cuts a deal with Jack he has to confess to ALL his crimes and any other crimes by others he has knowledge of. Jack won't need a deal for Donald's ass, because he already has it over the documents and it sure looks like he has Mark's ass too. Maybe flipping Mark and debriefing him is part of the recent delay, they want to use Donald's first indictment to shake loose the rats over J6 and Mark was in on everything. Mark might get a deal from the feds, but he will still be facing state time in Georgia, serious time for election conspiracy also involving the fake electors. So maybe they will make a package deal where he testifies in both federal and state court against Trump, in Georgia it will be on TV, so that has got to be worth a deal there!

BTW: Mark knows every congress person who requested a pardon and there may be more than we know about, those are knowledge of crimes by others too...

I was hoping that Jack would give the country a Xmas gift of the Orange Grifter being frog marched in golden handcuffs out of Mar-A- Lardo under indictment for espionage. Perhaps he's waiting for the football games to be over?

Trump couldn't pull off an insanity defense, he used a complex scheme to overturn the election with multiple conspiracies and worked with plenty of sane people to do it. Good luck trying to say he was legally crazy, that requires being completely out of it legally. Donald has a character defect and the prisons are full of Donald's, he wouldn't even get close on an insanity plea, though a prison for the criminally insane would be a nice end.

Tribe isn't saying Trump is insane, he is saying it is his only hope for a defense and it is no hope at all.

I'd love to see Ginni Thomas pay for her deeds, subsequently implicating Clarence in this scandal would be fantastic especially if he has to vacate the bench,Biden gets the unforeseen bonus of a SCOTUS appointment which evens out the court a bit.

he's disturbed, troubled, immoral, unethical, narcissistic, a bigot, a racist, a misogynist, an authoritarian, and a fascist...but he isn't clinically insane, and that's what you have to be for it to be a valid defense...he's just a fucking horrible human being.

Under the law psychopaths and such are considered to have character defects and sane. To be insane these days pretty much means a Schizophrenia diagnosis and be as nuts as a gram of pure LSD can make ya! Ya gotta be seeing and hearing things that aren't there and be fucked up in several other ways.

simplistic. Consider bipolar.
True, it afflicts the older more, but psychotic is different than psychopathy or sociopathy as they now say and these days often shows up in MRI or other tests. There are many conditions that can make people lose their marbles in a legal way including a brain tumor.

yeah, but that's still being in an impaired condition, which is conceivably a defense, if he can prove the condition existed at that time.
no idea if he can get a doctor to testify for him, but i'm sure he knows some shady physicians he can pay to testify to whatever he wants.

This ain't bone spurs! America's prisons are full of Donald's and he would be there too, if not for money and luck. Character flaw under the law and insanity is hard to pull off since the nut job tried to do Reagan and they changed the law.
