So my house is divided in half. One side of the house is in a state where marijuana is illegal, and the other side of the house is in a state where homegrow is legal. If my house gets raided by police by the state where it’s illegal will I go to jail even if the plants are on the side of the house where it’s legal?

usually states have a no mans land sooo hard to believe a state went halfies on your house you pay 2 taxes
Yeah, I paid two separate taxes based on the value of the two separated properties. No matter what I search is hard to find any answers to my question.

Cali and Nevada? Heavenly-Tahoe maybe??

My 2c is if you are doing anything loud or crazy it's a very interesting but moot question.

If you're physically growing on the legal side of the state line you would likely prevail in court. That doesn't mean that the other state won't bust you if you give them a reason. What state does the front door and physical address reside in?

Lots of people grow in illegal states. What makes you think you'd even be targeted?

Which is it, house divided in half or two separated properties?
How are other conflicting state laws dealt with?

Territorial jurisdiction which applies to local and state police would not allow for prosecution of crimes committed in another state. Your situation is not normal but I don't see how you could be prosecuted in one state for something you do in another state. Now if the feds want to bust you it doesn't matter what state your in.

Regardless, if you are busted by LE from the non-legal state it could cost you financially to deal with the going to court.

Cops don't care about home growers anymore.
It depends what state you're in. I know Idaho and other states will bust you.
