Sanded down a filler strip on the end of one of the cabinets because it was a little proud of the cabinet. Wasn't much but I feel better now that it matches better. Checked to see if the window sill is the same height as the cabinets, It is within about 1/8" so I'm happy. New sink should be here tomorrow.

I had some new shocks fitted on the rear of my car, i was starting to hit the bump stops on small dips in the road.
Fucking load of money, also noted rear links are worn, so more money to be spent... i'll give youtube a look first to see if there is a chace I can swap it myself.

House frame finally completed & passed inspection today. I'm one VERY happy camper right now!!!!
It's only taken me about 5 years with 98% of the work completed solo. Since the Mrs & I started on this, we've had 3 retrenchments, two broken legs, a broken collarbone, a 2-year Pandemic that we both worked through (as essential services). Oh..... & an earthquake!

Now we hand-over to the trades & the journey to lock-up will accelerate.

If I had $1 for every time I've yelled expletives at the top of my lungs during this build, we wouldn't need a mortgage........
