Green House

What’s there to think about? I say get it, then get your son out there to help put it up. Unless you think you might want a bigger one, if that’s the case wait. Always go with the biggest you think you might want, then go up one size just for fun.
This one is built clear solid panels.

Yes my Son will help with some.

Funny yesterday my Sister was setting up a Greenhouse I told her I see flowers and Farmers Market in her future.

Hello, I need some advice. First time green house growing. Any ideas on how to best support a green house from high winds?

I got the vivosun greenhouse and after a good day of high winds, the inside laces of the cover that tie around the frame, ripped from the stitching. Luckily the cover didn’t fly into another yard. I’m probably gonna poke some holes and zip tie the cover down. Reinforce it with gorilla tape.
If anyone has more experience I’d be open to try, I got some plants waiting on me to repair this green house.

thanks

If you could dig the floor down 4' or more it should help to maintain root temperature. Large barrels of water can store temperature and slow down drastic changes. I wonder if you vented your home furnace into the greenhouse, wouldn't it both raise temps and pump in co2?

Pushing my Furnace already.

Be too hard digging down because a drive use to be there.

Thing is my wife and Son are going to have to do this.

Get some shirts made that say "habits for humanity"( the s is important so you're not copywriting). Get on Facebook or Craigslist and put ads out for volunteers. Hand them shovels and get them digging.

I use an L.B. White workman heater nat gas.. to heat buildings I'm remodeling..they work great. Never set off the CO detector once in 4 years. They sell L.P. ones too. You could get the small ones 60k btu for that small space and leave it on low.

OK now I'm running Ventless Fireplace in the room with my Tents.

I was worried about it but it has been good for me for over a year.

I have a Ventless Heater but was told it was not good for the Plants so got me to thinking about a Mini Split.

I have to run Electric to it anyway. Figure this work if I'm wanting to keep it warmer or cooler.
