Thinking of buying a Green House found a 12X24 for $7,200.
This one is built clear solid panels. What’s there to think about? I say get it, then get your son out there to help put it up. Unless you think you might want a bigger one, if that’s the case wait. Always go with the biggest you think you might want, then go up one size just for fun.
Not sure I would say sides are 8 foot and gabel much higher. How tall are the sides? how tall to peak very important go bigger if you can you won't regret it.
OK What is it?
What lat you live at iam in maine I recommend looking into pellet stoveNot sure I would say sides are 8 foot and gabel much higher.
Trying to figure out how to heat it. Was going with wood but need something more even.
This is real stupid because of Insurance I cannot heat another building with wood even pellets.
Pushing my Furnace already. If you could dig the floor down 4' or more it should help to maintain root temperature. Large barrels of water can store temperature and slow down drastic changes. I wonder if you vented your home furnace into the greenhouse, wouldn't it both raise temps and pump in co2?
OK now I'm running Ventless Fireplace in the room with my Tents.I use an L.B. White workman heater nat gas.. to heat buildings I'm remodeling..they work great. Never set off the CO detector once in 4 years. They sell L.P. ones too. You could get the small ones 60k btu for that small space and leave it on low.
