Have you actually tried the original release when it was from greenhouse seeds years back? Cos it was the first strain i grew and my overall favourite to this day and black widow is nothing like it dont get me wrong they (mns) have some good shit i aint no hater but black widow isnt like proper old school white widow ime and i aint the only person who thinks so plenty of folk on the boards had the same experience and drew the same conclusions
Yes mate, I am old, we grew all the old Seedbank and Greenhouse strains. That's fine you are entitled to your opinions but if you actually check my original post I never mentioned the whites I was talking about afghan haze, master kush etc. Where I live there are still Widow cuttings that go around that are very old and personally I dont grow them because I have grown them a lot in the past, but if I was looking for Widow seeds Shanti would be where I would go to get them. Perhaps the mother plants have degraded over time, perhaps he lost them, perhaps they are the same and people's rose coloured glasses are romanticizing the old plants. Nobody really knows.

Sorry if my analogy was off,I used coffee vs. weed to imply how many crazy flavors have been created in coffee eg. bluebery,hints of caramel,etc. to a dizzying amount compared that to weed.
