Just an FYI. I had to work with TS information on a daily basis and it was stored in a safe that required two separate combinations to open, there was an A combo and a B combo. No one was allowed to have both combinations so it took two people to access it every time it was opened.

If a normal service man had retained some national defense documents willfully, and then shown it to someone else, he could look forward to 10-20. Row ten, plot twenty. Everyone knows the drive to work is the most dangerous thing a person does everyday. DC traffic can be a killer.
