New growth where there normally isn't?

I'm a new grower, growing from some bag seeds and not sure what strains they came from. Two different things I'm wondering about.

1) I topped this plant almost 3 weeks ago. About a week ago a new branch started growing from the base of each of the new branches that grew after topping.

20230712_091716_HDR.jpg (Edit: There's a fan leaf that was removed in the pic. So 4 branches at each node. 2nd set didn't start growing until around a week or so ago).
2) this is another plant. It's not happening on the main stalk but on the other branches, new ones are forming at each node where there's already one growing. It's growing from what looks like where the reproductive organ is supposed to be. It may be there but it's too early to tell the sex yet. Everything I've seen shows a fan leaf, new branch and then reproductive organ, all in the node. The new growth starts out looking like a pollen sack but opens up to leaves after a couple days.

I don't know if it's a problem, everything seems to be going fine. Although this is my first time growing and the first plants I've ever seen IRL. I've been doing a lot of research before and throughout but not seen any examples of either of those. So I'm just asking around to see if anyone else has any info

At first I thought it was normal as well until I looked at the center of the first pic, there’s the normal 2 fans and 2 branches, then 2 new branches. I doubt it’s all that abnormal, I’ve seen lots of weird growth, but it is interesting. Maybe she just wanted you to have a few extra clones.

Yeah that's what I was trying to show with the first pic. It's only happening right there where I topped it, so far, but the other plant is growing 4 branches at each node on the side branches, instead of two. They've got probably a few weeks left of veg. I didn't take records very well when I first started but they've been vegging for around 7 weeks now. I have two I know are females, pistils clearly growing, but the two in the pictures, idk yet.

I kind of have one node doing that right now. Also, to tag onto your thread, does anyone know what this is? It is like two stems grown together and it fimmed itself if that is the correct term which is 4 colas in one spot. The frontal extra node is in same picture. There is a stem inbetween the two fans, not 3 fans.

You mos def need more light. A lot more.
I'm growing outside and I don't have the money for grow lights or the space to grow inside or bring them inside for longer. So what nature gives me is as good as it's gonna get.

This is a wider pic of the two plants in question. The left is the plant from the first pic from original pics above and the one on the right is the plant in the second pic.
