Mines a risentek, theres cheaper ones out there thoLord have mercy some of these machines are wild looking and thousands of dollars !!
Mine is an Andram and I paid $330.00 and it's an electric like @shnkrmn 's. But it's just made en masse in China and given different badges. You can find them all over Amazon somewhere in the 300-400 ballpark. I absolutely LOVE mine.Lord have mercy some of these machines are wild looking and thousands of dollars !!
It's easier ime to hand trim when buds are green (not dry), but you don't have to. I imagine winters can be long in MN. Not sure what kind of crop I'll have but it'll likely get dried and stuck into a food grade barrel--not trimmed.Lord have mercy some of these machines are wild looking and thousands of dollars !!
Actually if you traveled to the grows and processed there, no transport required.I got mine for $200 for some reason. There's a price point for everyone.
You could spend 2 solid days or more trimming those trees of yours. Even my modest grows would take 4 or 5 hours of steady scissor work. I know you are a detail oriented artisan but there are much better things to do with my day than that when I can just pull all the fan leaves and batch process through R2D2 in a couple hours. Damn, maybe a batch processing business would be a good startup in Minnesota! Except you can't transport that much under the new law without a yet to be determined license scheme.
5 minutes agoThey've got SVB and powdery mildew. I've had zucchini in every meal since early June and I'm kinda over it. I'm planting different stuff in its place for fall: choy sum, baby bok choy, and kraprow holy basil. I also am pulling up my Greek oregano and replacing it with an orange flavored oregano. I tore out my mojito mint, disposed of 99% of the plant and planted a 1" section of root with 4 leaves and its doing really well. I'm still waiting for my new seeds to get here, and at least ten more new tall bearded iris rhizomes. I planted the three that came already, the rest are probably gonna show up while I'm in Maine.
DOH! I could have had a V8Actually if you traveled to the grows and processed there, no transport required.
Here's the last of everything I felt like keeping. The rest went into a bag.5 minutes ago
I get it, the vine borers are taking their toll and likewise down here on LI the powdery is just starting, and I've have my fill of zuc soup, both creamy and broth style, breaded slices, zucchini lasagna, zuc boats etc ...
Very nice!Perfect is kind of what I do. I specialize in that. Speaking of, I think I'm done with this knife shield and I'm debating if I want to engrave the bolsters, too.

The ability to like posts and send private messages takes a few posts and some time. Welcome to RIU.It's still your free hand, I'd imagine the nitrogen just lessens the pushing force required by your hand. How would I go about putting a thumbs up on a reply?
