Im a huge fan of pellet smokers. I got a yoder 640 but it needs a new thermostat, so using the trusty ol traeger today. Using a webber pro blend of chips, maple, hickory and cherry

Super jealous! I got a small two tier stand up DynaGlo smoker with a broken thermostat lol. Fits about 3-4 whole young chickens. Very hard to control the heat in the stand up stacks because you almost always have direct heat. One day I'll get me a big boy smoker like what you have there lol. When I worked in the restaurant I was at a smokehouse/ale hub and got to work with the big tow-behind smokers and it was the highlight of being in the kitchen to at least be outside cooking.

Me too! I used the Levo 2 last night to make up some pretty strong oil as well
I use the french press method in mine and have to be careful I don't get it too strong or when I do testing with my tcheck I have to do a dilution and it's just extra fussing I dislike. But having the relative numbers I can thin my oil so my gummies, and other edibles are the same strength.

That turned out to be 18 mg/ml but I had to do a dilution. Still worked and I love consistent edibles.

I use the french press method in mine and have to be careful I don't get it too strong or when I do testing with my tcheck I have to do a dilution and it's just extra fussing I dislike. But having the relative numbers I can thin my oil so my gummies, and other edibles are the same strength.

I was going to load up 2 pods but it never comes out quite strong enough. This has to be strong, I filled up the bin to the top and ran the oil through 3 different cycles of flower. I'm still trying to figure out how to guage dosage tho..

I'm always strain/pheno hunting so my potency is all over the map. I'd highly recommend this

My heart's conduction system couldn't take a space shot anymore so now I can get a measurement I'm consistent in dosing across strains/phenos. Some people argue it's not accurate enough. I don't need reference grade lab testing I only need relative testing and this works well for me.

I'd also recommend these LOL for marital peace and harmony.

Do you use a water pan in the smoker?
