Yes it is. Caught at Long Point bay last February. Placed 4th for bass opening there years ago. Also won the grand prize once - 14' boat, 9.9hp motor and trailer. Love bass fishing most as it's quiet vs trolling. Also enjoy creek and pond fishing for the same reason - solitude.

Appears you're not far away by those wind turbines, as I see them here too at the central north shore. Or the western arm based on that nice muskie. Happy fishing.

Musky is a bit of a drive. Bout 3 hrs or so.
Rainbows in my backyard....
Cold front coming in on Sunday. May shut down the ski hard to say, but it's a likely scenario. Errrrrrrgh.
I know I can go catch bow anytime really. Ski is always work but I haven't been yet this year so the draw is strong.

I'm gona go tmrw nite, Sunday cold front but rain. Rain muddies the river and makes the baitfish come in, and the musky follow. It's a craps shoot either way. Lol. It's just starting up anyways, not alot of big fish over 45" yet but there's been a few.... Heard a 51 came out last week.
Gona go grab some eggs tnt, and do some browns and bows in am with an old friend, then a wee rest and off to musky land
I've been so neglecting my garden lately. Been meaning to get some plants in the tents but I've been fishing so much I never have spare time. I did however soak some coco yest so maybe I'll get it into some pots tmrw. (Prob not)

I used to think like that too.

But imagine for one minute if EVERYBODY loved fishing and what that would do to your favourite fishing spots. Scary eh.

You're killing me here man! I'd be catching so many coho if I were back in the Fraser Valley right now. Or even better over on Vancouver Island at Campbell River fishing with my cousin Bob. He's nailing coho on the fly just minutes from his house right now.

On the bright side I just closed a deal on two near new Hardy fly reels complete with 5wt lines for only $500Can. I'll have 4 - 5wt rods by the time I build them from the blanks on order. Road trip on Tues. to pick them up and hang out with my buddy in the city!

Pounded the piss outta them today. Felt good to be in some of my old spots again. Only 2 locals made the trek down (it's a doosie) and we had double triple and quadruple headers all day long.
Almost got the trout grand slam (brown, bow, laker) but didn't get any browns today. Did get a stinky old salmon though so it was a grand slam just not a good one
Mostly cookie cutters. 6-9lbs couple bigger ones but not many yet.

Fell off a rock right onto a pointed rock right on the bottom of my ass cheek. Fucking hurting!
Lucky it could have went right up my ass.... But I managed to block it with the cheek. Hard to sit right now. Owie

Went catfishing this morning, it was 40* when I left the house and by lunch I had my shirt off. I caught 4 channel cats, after dressing them out I put 11# in the freezer. It was a pretty good day.
