If it's from grocery store I usually get Kuhne mittelscharf but lately I've been buying larger bottles from wholesale store where I buy Oliehoorn mustard, French mustard made by a sauce artisan family in Hoorn, Holland. It's what the better snackbar etc here provide with bitterballs and krokets.
Can I join the fancy mustard club? From my refrigerator ;D

My grandmother repeated stories told by her grandmother about being displaced by the Russians - and came to Canada in 1870 - from Hamburg. Do you speak any Plautdietsch?I lived in Hamburg, Germany until I was 3 although I was born in New York.
No, my father was an American working in Germany. My family is mainly from Sweden, early 20th century immigrants. My grandmother repeated stories told by her grandmother about being displaced by the Russians - and came to Canada in 1870 - from Hamburg. Do you speak any Plautdietsch?
I love their stone ground mustard. I normally use that or Guldens spicy mustard. Same stuff they have at Penn Station. The stuff I got tonight was pretty good.
