I make my own taco sauce with a similar mix but I add a bunch of roma tomatoes and onions to it. It’s more of a enchilada sauce but I love it so I make tacos and burritos with it.Also morita and cascabel peppers. Also cloves, nutmeg, oregano and cumin seeds, vinegar, salt and pepper.
