Yer killin' me folks...LOL. I've been limiting sugar/carbs for 5 months or so now after a lifetime of cream filled (OK..sugary whatever that shit is) bismarks and other sweet pastry/cookie/cake treats and being able to eat pretty much anything I wanted. Not anymore. My glucose numbers finally reached pre-diabetes levels on my last physical. It's a good dietary change...but fuck me do I miss all of that good junk food/bread/grain/etc.....
