Hot dogs only from street vendors.

The idea of buying and making hot dogs at home is weird.

When you have to go to Costco you either get a Hot Dog (glizzy jargon be damned) or a Slice. Sorry, it's the rules here.

Bacon wrapped hot dog on a bolla roll with jalapeno sauce, chopped tomato, onions, pinto beans, mustard and Mayo with a grilled pepper on the side.

Bummer. Make sure to take the tension off the strings. Not a hard repair, but definitely something for a pro. My policy is guitars are in cases when not being played. Good luck with it. I can recommend a couple folk if you’re looking for it.

Save the bollilo and wrap it in a flour tortilla, then shallow fry with a ranchero or verde sauce. I'm also good with Christmas style (green/red sauces)..... sigh..... I wish In n Out would open. I think it's a burger day.

Well, I now know what my goal is for this weekend!!! Adding mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, glizzys, and buns to my shopping list. Wish I could still do tomato sauce.
