Extreme pruning 2 weeks into flower. Your opinions good or bad

Funny thing is I’m using less than reliable genetics here . Imagine it all goes right! Then I will be saying to myself there is no rules!

who likes to prune during flower?

feel free to comment anything you feel to I’m all ears and live to learn.

By the way after the extreme strip down I fed bloombastic and raised the light in an attempt to help with stress. It’s kamikaze style I know but I’ve got buds from last year so I’m just enjoying pushing some limits and getting some real experience not just armchair growing

It really depends how crowded you canopy is. If it's a real dense forest pruning heavy can help. You can also have a negative impact if you prune too much for no good reason. There's much debate on it. I know a guy who removes almost every fan leaf every grow. I personally wouldn't but he does and he gets good weed, but I kill him in yield every time. If it's ex points your after then just do it and see what happens. Then do the opposite without changing anything else and compare your results. Post your results on here later for others to reference. Some strains benefit more than others....something to keep in mind. Good luck!!

I prune as little as needed: air flow, light penetration,RH, bottom 1/3, number of desired colas and anything funky looking dictate what goes.

I have a very hard time taking leaves off any of my garden plants. So I usually just sit there for a few hours contemplating if I should remove a leaf, make sure to look at it from all angles, and then wonder what that leaf ever did to me.

They can take it lol some strains bounce back fast others are a little slower the more vigourous it is the quicker it bounces back ime i just dont like messing with flowering plants if i can avoid it ive literally seen branches been snapped off in early bloom then duct taped back on after the lights fell down on the plants and they just keep on trucking its amazing the abuse cannabis can take it really is a hardy plant
