LOL. Yup...same tree. My youngest was equally enthralled.

A week after that I moved my grow up and out of the crawlspace and took over the entire 2 car garage. :p

Sucks when they take your weed. Even worse when they take your bowl. At least i can replace the weed

We were heading to California....and I told the cops that I'd replace it in mere hours...and that I had a whole garage full growing in CO.:P NanananaBooboo. Had to mail in the fines...one for possession of weed, one for paraphenalia....so I wrote the judge a little note and >Thanked him< for the entire event because it made me realize that I was playing into their uneducated trap by not being honest with my kids about my uses. I bet it went over well. Heehee.

I wrote a letter to a senator asking them to legalize weed early 200o'ds. Got a letter back too lol. Same thing told her we can't be stopped. I think it was a riu campaign back in the day.

Got a citation for unlicensed cultivation in 2007. Almost got arrested arguing the law. How can I get in trouble for not having a license when the is no license to be had! 20 minutes arguing with the judge. Got everything tossed, $200 fine. Keep in mind this was 2007 and i got nabbed with 69 plants. Hid my scale and baggies

Wow you are a lucky dog and and must be really good at expressing what you want to say for them to understand. That's such a weird coincidence because 2 years before you I got hit with cultivation of marijuana for 1 fkin plant that I was just messing around with and was like 2 ft tall at most. DEA, agent after I found out in court had it in his hands knocking at the door. Then my buddy called him and asked for badge number and to see if was a legit cop ended up pissing him off and put out a warrant for me. Was head of DEA at the time. Wanted to know where I buy my weed back then and didn't say so was pissed at that to. They end up dropping to possession but still had probation and piss tests for a months. Said it weighed over 2 zips,lol yeah with roots and dirt stuck to it. F CT, at least we're legal now!

They just don't know when to fuck off. I remember they brought all my plants outside and had the headlights of 2 patrol cars pointed at them. I yelled out the window "staring doesn't make them grow any faster". They opened the door, rolled the window up, and shut the door. Comedy is not for everyone I suppose. When we got to the station, they were just bringing in my plants for "evidence". Smells good in here, I said

Long winded shit again...LOL. Dunno how to tell a good story w/o....so you've been warned.

I've had a few encounters with the boys in blue in my daze. Had a little greenhouse in my backyard as a med patient around 2006-07 or so.. A few friends of friends of my kids got wind of it and decided they'd alleviate me of my plants and did a late night visit. I had a full on grow in the garage and I wasn't gonna call the cops/etc for such things....LOL... so I let it slide. I did tell my kids to keep their eyes out @ school for anyone with fresh buds...

A few days later my phone rang. It was another parent from their school I didn't know. He said "I don't know you or what you do in your home....but there's been an incident @ the high school involving pills and somehow the cops have linked it to a grow at your home. They are on their way..."

I'd just taken a tray of clones....and I had 30 plants on bloom in the garage and 4 patient cards taped on the grow room door. A bit over count...but couldn't do much about it. I did take the clones out in the backyard and stick them in the flowerbed though. 5 mins later....KNOCK KNOCK...

Went to the door. 3 cops standing there. One on the phone. They told me there was an incident...and before they could say much else I handed them 4 MMJ cards and said "I'm a legal patient and caregiver". The cop on the phone said "He's legal...we won't need that warrant". I asked em what was up... and they said some kids got popped with Oxy at school...and one of them was so scared he started blabbering about ripping of my greenhouse.

Contrary to what most folks say...I simply said "Do you want to come in?". I then walked them through my house and out onto my back deck.....and pointed at my 1/2 empty GH. While this was all unfolding...evidently the kid blabbering also said he had my weed @ his house. 15 mins later another cop showed up...arm extended out....saying.."I thini this might be yours". Yup..it was a steamin bag of green buds...

Told em that was over 1/2 of my meds for the next 4 months....and pulled it out of the bag. All of em backed up. they hated the smell...LOL. They kept yakking...asking me about med pot/cards/etc....and I was nice and reciprocating. I then told em that I needed to trim the buds befoore they rotted....and they looked at me funny.....and one cop said "Trim the buds"? LOL....So I said "Yeah...wanna watch?" Trimmed those suckers up while they stood there...in anmazement....and whnI held the trimmed bud up the one cop said "That's how they look when we confiscate weed...I had no idea about trimming them". So I then told em how much we all love our plants and take care of em/etc....

This event led into 2 other encounters. One was one time my youngest and his friends got popped for smoking in a car in his buddies driveway. Someone else was burglarizing homes in the same area...and they got called in as being "suspicious". Car was full of smoke.

Cops asked if they were smoking weed. Everyone but my son said "No"..... Asked if they had weed...same gig. My son just pulled his pipe/bud out and handed it to the cop. I get the call. We have your son and hos friends here...blahblahlblah....you can come and get him". I go...and I walk up...and look up...and there's the same cop that was lead cop on my front porch. We look at each other...and he says "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree here..does it?" I acknowledged his take. Then he said "All of the rest of the boys are getting Minor in possession charges. Yours is not...because he was the ONLY ONE who was HONEST. I don't condone the weed smoking...but I have to say "Good Job Sir on all other fronts".

6 months later I'm in the grocery. Look up...there he is. We just smiled at each other...and I walked over and shook his hand. Neither of us said a word.

I enjoy your long posts. I always wake up at 2am in the summer and stand out on the back deck like I'm going to go tackle some 14yr old neighborhood kid in my underwear for ganking my plants.

We're the ones in the green house ready when they whacked them?

That's wild, very cool they never had that experience before and respected you for it. Definitely paid off that's a good one;)

Yup. Shoulda taken em but was lettin' em ride. Figured out it had been breeched when I started to make the morning cup and glanced at the temp gauge. It was Oct....and the temp was 37 in the GH so I knew it was open/something wasn't right. The entire event was super surreal. I've been arrested/busted before in a search warrant scenario at a friend's house in college...but this was a respectful thing in both directions...no weapons pointed at you...no threats/etc. Med cards do work/slow em down...for sure if anyone is on the fence/in an illegal state.
